Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that works with the energy fields of the body to promote balance, relaxation, and also supports self-healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If our energy is low, we are more likely to feel stress and get sick, but if our energy is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.  The Reiki practice is Usui Shiki Ryoho System.

I am a Reiki Master Practitioner, Usui Shiki Ryoho, Access Bars® Practitioner (BP) for Access Consciousness®, and ICRT Animal Reiki Practitioner (Tree of Life Reiki) dedicated to helping you or your animal with well-being.

Access Bars® is a light touch treatment with similar effects to meditation. It provides relaxation, quiets a racing mind, reduces stress, boosts one's mood, and increases mental clarity. The Access Bars, referred to as "Bars," are a set of 32 points on the head that, when lightly touched, stimulate positive change in the brain. They help to release energetic blockages of stress, thought, and emotion. It empowers one to new possibilities and awareness.

Our Reiki services include in-person sessions and virtual sessions to help you balance your energy to support self-healing.
