LOVE UR JOURNEY AND NEW BEGINNINGS

After spending several years in the corporate world and experiencing a health crisis, I decided to prioritize my family and health. I was fortunate to come across a wonderful Karuna Reiki Grand Master Teacher who continues to support my growth. 

Healing can take many forms, but for me, Reiki has been instrumental in my own healing journey. It beautifully aligns with my desire to help others restore energy balance to mind, body, and spirit. 

Separately, Access Bars® complements calming the mind and body. Very much needed in this non-stop world that we live in.

I am a Reiki Master Practitioner, Usui Shiki Ryoho, and an Access Bars® Practitioner in Access Consciousness® dedicated to helping you achieve your wellness goals. 

My family includes my daughters, my supportive husband, our two dogs, PJ and Cady, and our cat, Miss Kitty.  I also donate time at Noah Project, a wonderful no-kill, non-profit (100% donation-based) animal shelter in Muskegon, Michigan
