My Story
After spending several years in the corporate world and experiencing a health crisis, I decided to prioritize my family and health. I was fortunate to come across a wonderful Karuna Reiki Grand Master Teacher who continues to support my growth.
Healing can take many forms, but for me, Reiki has been instrumental in my own healing journey. It beautifully aligns with my desire to help others restore energy balance to mind, body, and spirit.
Separately, Access Bars® complements calming the mind and body. Very much needed in this non-stop environment.
About Me
I am a Reiki Master Practitioner, Usui Shiki Ryoho, Access Bars® Practitioner in Access Consciousness®, and ICRT Animal Reiki (Tree of Life Reiki) Level 1 and II, dedicated to helping you and your animals to support well-being in every stage of life.
My family includes my daughters, my supportive husband, our two dogs, PJ and Cady, and our cat, Miss Kitty. I also donate time at Noah Project, a no-kill, 100% donation-based animal shelter in Muskegon, Michigan.
I am grateful to all the energy healers, therapists, counselors, caregivers, and animal friends who contribute to wellness in our world!
