I really did not know what to expect so I arrived willing to just recieve.  

Theresa is extremely knowledgeable and did a great job explaining what the Access Bars modality is. She is also incredibly thoughtful and considerate of your comfort. However, words just do not explain the individual experience well. It was the most incredible afternoon and days following! 

My mind was at peace. I did not have a million thoughts and worries running ramped in my head. I greeted daily stresses with a SMILE !   Phenomenal way to treat yourself. It's like having someone walk you into and through the deepest most peaceful meditation and you don't even have to try or do anything... We are so happy to have found Theresa! After my two small dogs survived being attacked by the neighbor's large dogs, they quickly developed anxiety behavior issues.  After just one session with Theresa, they both calmed down tremendously.  It was actually fascinating to watch our little Winston accept the treatment.  You could clearly tell in the moment that he was receiving and it was helping him.  ~ Kendra
